Syteanric 1 Posted September 11, 2011 as to why he saw fit not to give a penalty...watch it again and he shakes his head and tells Vaughan to get up.... Vaughan has blood pouring from his nose and mouth from the Elbow to the face.... I want a reason as to why Mr Halsey felt it wasn''t a penalty... and i want a response from the FA as to what they are going to do about the situation and about Mark Halsey and his sunday league approach to the game....i would hope the local press would now lean on the referee until he speaks to them with a satisfactory excuse... if one cannot be provided then i would Urge the press to contact the Football Association with a response as to what action they are going to take over a clearly incompetent referee.Mr Halsey, I''ll see you on the sunday league pitch soon.Over to you Archant.... Gingerpele 0 Posted September 11, 2011 I sit in line with the penalty spot at the other end of the pitch, so didn''t have a close view, but was obvious from there there was some heavy contact. Very very disappointed in the referee,
Mahogany 0 Posted September 11, 2011 The club should make an official complaint, the local press will just be ignored. Liverpool are complaining about about them too, maybe we should join up with them to try and get something done.
I am a Banana 0 Posted September 11, 2011 Imaging having 25k people shouting, booing you for giving a penalty to the away team. Then later having a split second to give penalty to the home team. In that split second I wonder if he remembered the booing he got and decided to not give it for that reason..?
paul moy 235 Posted September 11, 2011 At normal speed it looked accidental so I understand Halsey''s non-decision, but in slow motion it was obviously a premeditated assault. I hope the assailant gets a lengthy ban.
