USA Canary 7 Posted August 26, 2011 Is Cody, Oli, Hughes and MacNamee going to get sold before the transfer window shuts? It''s getting close to the end now and nothing has even been mentioned. I can see some of them might go on loan with a view to permanent. However, in Cody''s case he is on the last year of his contract and needs to be sold soon if we want a good price. One option with Cody is that we could extend his contract, send him out on loan to a lower Championship or league one side. smooth 114 Posted August 26, 2011 Saw something with lambert saying those that he does not have a spot are pretty much left to find themselves a club. Which they will have to do at the end of the contract and they won''t a find a club then. A year of not playing will not help.Cody is the one who is happy to move on but it does sound we have been holding out for a little more money. We are entitled to but it won''t work out for cody at all, a year out and we will not get any sort of fee.I wish all well but really wish they were on moving on for their football careers, as in todays game you can be cast aside very easily.
