shefcanary 2,408 Posted April 24, 2011 The last match at home against Derby was investigated for a potential Asian betting fraud - anyone been approached yet over tomorrow''s match - this match could make a fortune for someone betting on Derby tomorrow. Not saying I beleive it could happen again but if it had happened before must make it a favourite for a repeat! Watch out for dodgy back passes etc. However Roedent is gone (not suggesting but....) and Lambert doesn''t strike me as someone who would ever do anything against the book.COYY. CDMullins 436 Posted April 24, 2011 Asian betting fraud usually have no bearing on the final result, as it is just too hard to fix.Like throwing ''no balls'' in cricket, doesnt really effect the final result but can make a packet if you know the precise ball.Matt Le Tissier got caught a few years ago. He backed the team he was playing to have the first throw in, from the kick off the ball was played back to him and he lumped it out to the right back area, who was leaving it, however he failed to tell Niel Shipperley his plans and he bust a gut to get there and keep it in play!
