Next season

The only niggling doubts I have for next season if we do go up is that we will be playing Southamptons and Milwalls almost every week and I don''t think we can cope withthat with the squad we have. What frustrates me is the Saints are obviously building their squad for next season as are other clubs around us and I don''t understand why we aren''t signing the  McSheffreys, Barnards, Fontes or Puncheons (Whitbread & McNamee excluded) we need but instead signing Roses and Martins that are average League One players that won''t help us next season. I just hope that we can do some serious squad building in the summer or we are in for a very rough Championship season next year providing we go up.

P.S. I''m not a doom & gloomer and I expect us to win the league now but I am just making some valid and realistic views.

Views that I for one agree with. However we have not gained promotion yet and we are in a very big fight to regain form and to get back on track (you''re only as good as you''re last match).I think whilst the views you have expressed are no doubt correct and need discussing, I dont think late February is the time. I think these issues will crop back up at the end of march anyway. [Y]
