ZLF 335 Posted September 20, 2004 I suspect he is not playing tonight because he will appear tomorrow - I wait to be proved wrong but I am sure he will be part of a strong city line up.He was chatting quite happily in the ground before the villa game so I am sure there are no long term issues - perhaps backed up by Peters view of him at the restauant yesterday with JJ? jed exodous 0 Posted September 21, 2004 I too also think he will either start or get 30 mins. Tonight is a great chance for some players to get their confidence back and remeber where the net is. otbc

Mcsncfcmcs 0 Posted September 21, 2004 One things for sure, seeing Svenny have a good game and getting a goal or two tonight would be great for us. Nevermind the standard of opposition, players thrive on confidence. If Svenny could improve his hold-up play then he could still be a big asset for us. He didn''t get a chance against Palace or Man Utd in front of goal really, but I always feel that he is capable of sticking chances away when he is feeling confident. Seeing Jonson tear Bristol apart and firing in some crosses for Svenny to get on the end of would be perfect! Personally I think we will play a standard 4-4-2 tonight as Bristol are likely to pack the midfield so we don''t want to be too narrow and to give them too much space. Get Jonson and Bentley giving us some width and we will be fine with any two from Francis, Safri and Holt in the centre.
