Salopian 1 Posted June 24, 2009 For what it is worth, our local paper here - the Shropshire Star, is quoting the Shrewsbury Chairman as rejecting Colchester''s offer. He described it as "totally unacceptable". We we lead to believe that the Us had offered £250k, but he has said that they want twice what they paid for Grant, or £350.I think that this may just about rule us out? Shaun Tilly Lace 0 Posted June 24, 2009 If the board invest next to nothing in the squad then we will stay in this division or even face relegation to the fourth division. They can''t afford not to invest in the squad. Goals win points, win prizes!
Chunky Norwich 0 Posted June 24, 2009 I''m sure Gunny is aware or has decided to let him go. No disrespect to Colchester but if they''re current front-runners for his signature, well then....
