There is the possibility he could have a mass change and play Grounds LB and Leijer RB but I think he''s looking for a settled team where possible at the moment, and he may even keep Cureton in as well.

Mixing the back four up is a must for me,Doc and Grounds aint working and doesn''t look like it ever will, looking at the Southhampton''s equalizer & Doncaster''s opener Grounds does tend to draw himself left and with two goals likes to get forward, think he would be more at home at left back so give him a go,which brings Leijer/shacks into the centre which i give the nod to Shacks on the basis that Semi hasn''t been at the races of late and with no automatic replacement Leijer maybe worth a look in this position.
