But lets be honest - If Roeder had shown similar personal skills with the teams, eg had an ounce of man management and people skills with them then he would of been more successfull. Apart from his lack of the above, his obsession with Premiership reserves, reluctance to look at the lower Leagues, rarely picking his best 11, poor signings and releasing of players all combined with poor tactics all combined to make him one of the most inept managers in our history!
