TIL 1010 5,303 Posted January 4, 2009 Kathy and i spent about three hours Friday evening reading the returned forms and e-mails received. The rest of the Committee will have their opportunity at our next Committee meeting which is on Wednesday 21st January. Therefore it would not be right and proper to make any form of official comment or statement on behalf of The Association without their knowledge or consent. What was no surprise was the diversity of answers and views put forward by everybody to the questions asked.Indeed a lot of people wrote long answers to even those that required just a simple yes/no reply. There will be those who will be interested in statistics and percentages but at this point they will not be published for the reason given in the opening paragraph. We appreciate that there will be those who will accuse NCISA of sitting on it''s hands and not taking action now but likewise there are those who will accuse us of stirring up trouble if we thump the drum immediately. The object of the exercise was to consult our membership which in the past we have been accused of not doing on important issues. This thread is intended only to be an informative update and therefore no replies will be given to any posts added. blahblahblah 2 Posted January 4, 2009 Will this become a seasonal thing ? Sort of a "state of the club" questionnaire ? Probably wouldn''t hurt to have year on year comparisons ?
ca 1 Posted January 10, 2009 As it will have taken nearly 2 months from when these questionnaires were sent out (late Nov) to when the results will be published (late Jan) will any action that the committee think needs to be taken, happen before we''re relegated? Erik the Viking 0 Posted January 10, 2009 Agree that it needs to be pushed on with CA, after all as The Pigeon Detectives once sang "This is an emergency!?"!!!!
