I know a lot of people probably don''t care, and are just going to look for spelling mistakes, but here is what i think about the whole Norwich situation. We have a good squad now, some decent additions have been made by Roeder on a very small budget,Hoolahan and Bell should turn out to be quite good, Lupoli and Koroma, hopefully will get a few goals each, with one of them staying on?There are too many loan signings at the moment, and you cant build for the future with them, (although i would like Kennady, Bertrand and Lupoli to stay)Sibierski was are taget man we waited for, and he is not the best option, only here for half a season, and we can only have 5 loanees in the squad (Kennady and Bertrand, Lupoli, Sibierski, and then Koroma or Omasuzi/ Archibald)The midfield is fine with Clingan, Fozzy and Rusty, defence is solid, and hopefully Sibierski will provide goals.I don''t like to comment when it comes to the board, Delia should have made an agreement when Cullem came in, but it didn''t happen, maybe in the future. We need to try and keep faith in what we have, its not the best, but unless we have new people ready to come and take the running of the club it is how it is.We have a very good manager in my opinion, and the coaching team has come along nicely, we should be able to make the playoff this year, if we start converting chances,Have a read if you like, i don''t really mind, all comments welcome.

When Roeder released all those players last August, we all knew the massive size of the rebuilding job ahead was a daunting task. With little cash, we knew we would have to rely on loanees to a great extent.

Everyone can see we''ve relied too heavily on loanees. 8 loanees is not ideal - but frankly, I''d rather have 8 loanees and have players like Sibierski, Lupoli, Bertrand, Omozusi and Kennedy in the squad than rely on cheap, inexperienced permenant signings. Without a doubt, the loanees allow us to spread our resources a little better and probably have allowed us to bring in players like Stefanovic, Bell, Hoolahan and Clingan permenantly.

But for the first time in quite a long time we now have a squad with decent options all around. It''s something we''ve been crying out for for some time - and will hopefully put a stop to Norwich regularly playing players severely out of position (I mean defenders in midfield and strikers on the wing etc). Roeder has done well in my book to make that a reality.

Of course, I''d love to see a billionaire take over the club. We do need a board with fresh ideas and a fresh injection of cash. Cullum would have been ideal, but I think both Cullum and the board need to lower their expectations and come to an agreement that is mutually acceptable if anything is to happen. With the transfer window shut, now is the perfect time.

I totally agree with Ginger Pele that we have a good manager and back room staff. However, I do think that this season will be a bit of a transitional one and we may find ourselves comfortably mid table.

Only kidding fella, It doesn''t bother me about a few dodgy words. If we can get the main idea of what your saying it doesn''t matter does it? It ain''t an English essay on here.

I think this is a calm and thoughtful post. We all know Sibierski is not the long term answer but Roeder knew he had to bring in a big striker asap and  IMO he is a shrewd short term acquisition for us. My guess is that Roeder will have a more permanent signing targeted for January, not necessarily Iversen. Anyway, Sibierski brings with him height strength and pace plus experience of playing at the highest level plus 5 years younger than DD and I expect him to do well for us at our level. I am satisfied if not necessarily "over the moon".
