Be Smart & sell to Cullum

Some of you have real double standards

Recommended Posts

Do a few of you just believe what Archant have to say when it suits you?

Because Chris L. has written a piece regarding Norwich not offering enough for a player, you decide to take it as gospel, had the story have been about any other subjec,t you would say they are guessing or taking the story from elsewhere.

Don''t get me wrong if this is true I will be as p***ed off as the next man, I have no faith in the board at all, but it just annoys me that you have taken a bit of inside info from Archant as fact.

As is always said on this message board the only people who really know the true details are a few a Norwich and a few at Rosenbourg, not Chris L.

Agreed Maxwell, double standards indeed, some posters come on here with bits of inside info from unrevealable sources and expect them to be taken as fact also.

A sensible interpretation of Rosenberg''s comments would be that to ''let him go now would be detrimental to us and therefore we are asking more money than, say, we would at the end of the season''.

And the likelihood is, they''ll price him out of the market because they don''t want him to go. It''s quite simple.

Sensible isn''t an option here, though.

Just what we needed after Lupoli gave us hope this weekend.

But it will be interestesting to see what unfolds from here.  Glenn''s ''hints'' at who the target man of choice is, have been so obvious that surely the media can''t be blamed for running with stories such as today''s.  I''ll be curious to see what the club''s stance is now and whether there''ll be an official line on the matter.  The trouble is, the fans can''t be blamed for seeing the one desperate truth in all this; that the position requiring filling has been known about since Dion retired and here we are almost at the end of the window and the manager appears to be talking in terms of ONE identified target with a bunch of ifs and buts still preventing said target man signing.  I scarely want to believe that the most clearly-neede of all our summer signings has been left this late.  At the time of writing we offer such a minimal physical threat in the last two-thirds of the field that if nothing changes between now and the end of the window, this is a question that will not go away all season.  The club are in peril of looking really bad out of this.
