stumpy 0 Posted April 28, 2004 Oh No! I''m just sitting here listening to the coverage of the Scotland game, and Gary Holt has been carried off of the pitch on a stretcher. Is this too much of a risk,at this vital time of the season, and with so much at stake? We''ve all seen Holty shrug off the occasional ''whack'' which would have floored many other players, so lets just hope he''s saving himself for Saturday! Hcuk 0 Posted April 28, 2004 having seen the tackle and what his knee looked like, it didn''t look good. From the pictures, there was blood all down his knee cap and he was in a lot of pain! Good job we''ve clinched promotion. I''m sure (hoping) the other boys will do a similar job!OTBC
Graham Paddons Beard 2,431 Posted April 28, 2004 How serious did it look? Sounded quite bad but no-one is saying anything about it.
Freddy H 0 Posted April 28, 2004 Vogts had to cope with the loss of Norwich’s Gary Holt early on and fellow midfielder Colin Cameron of Wolves at half-time and both are now likely to miss club matches.Vogts said: “Gary Holt needed three stitches in the dressing room and I think he cannot play on Saturday."
