Time to move on.This whole Huckerby thing is getting as daft as the fuss when Diana died - we are all competing to be the most upset.
gazzathegreat 0 Posted May 30, 2008 The thing that really grates with me is the way his departure was handled. I am sure despite his kind words he hasn''t forgotten that. But then he didn''t need the book or anything else to tell him he is and always will be held in the highest regard by city fans. The real question is, what will the money saved by his departure be spent on? At the moment we haven''t a clue - but come the start of the new season the club will have lined up one or two new players to take up the challenge. That''s the theory anyway. Good luck to you Hucks, you will be a very hard act to follow.
jumper 0 Posted May 30, 2008 There''s something perverse about showing your best player the door. And with the end of Ched Evans'' loan we are a squad which has no class and little potency. I''m afraid that Glenn Roeder''s big and brittle ego is taking us into real trouble. Time will tell.
