Chelmsford Canary 0 Posted September 12, 2011 I''m starting to think that being a team similar to our opponents yesterday, where over the last ten years they have been up and down, but at least they have some sort of excitement, a relegation battle might not be exciting when you think about it, but who would disagree that the last day of 2004-05 season was not exciting - not knowing where we would be. [/quote]I reckon the media would love a Euro League... but I wonder how long the fans of Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea etc. would enjoy being thrashed by teams far better than them. Instead of coming here to play the mercenaries would all want to live in the sun and earn their big bucks in Italy or Spain. Our domestic league system would flourish and we could all have a laugh at the big time charlies wishing they were back home beating the ''minnows'' week in week out Celtic/Rangers style.
