The difference is FA regulations state the coach and other occupants of the technical area must behave in a responsible manner Brown didn''t. Lets not forget he holds a priviledged position in football and shouldn''t abuse it. If the fourth official had been tougher he wouldn''t have got past the first half pitch side.
