The Pink''un posters were very much mistaken. Due to this most on here now think the Board will hire a plonker like Duffy.

If Duffy gets it...the only upside could be a "holding the fort" scenario while a new owner circles. If put in charge as a permanent fixture however....God help us.I have a sneaking suspicion though that Smith will announce she is selling up at the AGM....which might explain her sulky absence.......? I can feel it in my waters somehow.....either that or I''ve just wet myself.
blahblahblah 2 Posted October 17, 2007
Doom, gloom, foreboding, crackles of thunder as the mists of league 1 roll in upon us, Oh woe is me
Look. We''ve got the players to do ok in this league. We just need a manager who doesn''t micro-manage, over-think, and blue-print everything. We need a settled 11-15 reasonable quality, fit players who know what is expected of them. In a league as crap as this, we can still do ok come May.
I have a sneaking suspicion though that Smith will announce she isselling up at the AGM....which might explain her sulkyabsence.......? For the 98th time, she''s recording a new TV series ! Having said that, I wouldn''t mind betting that there will be some form of re-shuffle that will give Mr and Mrs Turner more operational power.
