Because most on here thought the Board were going to at least try and hire someone decent.... The Pink''un posters were very much mistaken.  Due to this most on here now think the Board will hire a plonker like Duffy.

Hear hear....

Maybe Bowen and Crook could have had a slim chance given what Grant inherited back then....but now I really don''t know of anyone who would/could halt the slide southwards.  If Duffy gets it...the only upside could be a "holding the fort" scenario while a new owner circles. If put in charge as a permanent fixture however....God help us.

I have a sneaking suspicion though that Smith will announce she is selling up at the AGM....which might explain her sulky absence.......?   I can feel it in my waters somehow.....either that or I''ve just wet myself.
