Syteanric 1 Posted September 27, 2007 im sure we only got in that list because of Delia being a chef.. the food at Carrow Road is horrible! its like eating cardboard, they dont change it from season to season, and ther service is shocking! particularly in the Russ Allinson lounge where they get studens to flap around more than David Marshall in his penalty box... We dont even sell chips!jas :)
Karl Pilkington 0 Posted September 27, 2007 I had sunday lunch in the top of the terrace restaurant the other week and it was superb. But I assume they were talking matchday fare.

On the theory, I hear, that it will turn our sturdy lads into svelte Italian style thoroughbreds.Chips are banned by order from Auntie on High. You hear boy! gazzathegreat 0 Posted September 28, 2007 The food in the restaurants is good, but surely this survey should mean the food on a matchday? Even then the TOTT and Delias is open so that might have swung it. Also in the City Stand they get real cups AND saucers and real glasses (they''re not thugs like the rest of us!). It seems to be the food and drink is directly related to the supporter in the stand. The Russell Allison lounger as Jas says is a joke, you have to miss the last 5 or first 5 mins of either half to be sure of getting served. Coffee? I don''t think so. Beer - not in any pub I have ever been to. Best to stick it out and find somewhere else. I note they have introduced healthy options but at prices only a celebrity would consider paying. Sorry Delia, but your food for your wonderful fans could be improved. As could the service. I won''t complain to them cos the poor things are doing it on £5.40 an hour. Morrisons remains a viable alternative to the pies and snacks.
