Hampshire Yella 0 Posted June 9, 2006 Is it true that former shelf stacker Keith Webb has been coaching the First Team? The mind boggles. What on earth is going on at Carrow Road. Add to that unscouted players signing, not that the likes of Alan Wood scouting the players seems to make any difference in the quality arriving. Eaton College Boys playing reserve team games! Long balls up to short strikers, and this tactic being defended by the manager in the press! It all seems to boil down to one word:ComplacencyIt has all become too comfortable at Carrow Road and there seems to be no pressure to perform at any level. The board seem satisfied by lucky home wins against poor opposition followed by capitulations away from home. Worst of all, does anybody really think the manager would have been removed if if he had lost some of those home games?I made my mind up about Worthington at the end of the season, I am starting to think perhaps the Worthy Outers had it right all along.
