Delia looked really tired, bless her, so good on her for sticking to her commitments despite the last two days.No real exclusives other than:- The new away shirt will be launched in 3 weeks time and will be available on sale in a few months. 3,000 season ticket holders and members can pre-order shirts. These shirts will still bear the Lotus logo.- The hotel is going ahead as planned but the board have envisaged it may take 8 years to sell it on, of which they receive 50% of the sale. I imagine it''ll sell a lot quicker though.As for the rest, Kathy will fill you in.Kathy - I was the tall guy stood up at the back with the denim jacket.I also received several texts from mates saying they could see me live on Look East as they reported from the forum! I thought it was just a lease of the land on which to build the hotel - paying us a ground rent. Pete Raven 276 Posted April 23, 2004 Kathy may be able to explain it better but I got the impression that we basically sell the land, someone else pays for and builds the hotel but doesn''t run it. They then put it on the market and NCFC receive 50% of the sale. After that, the club receive revenue from catering but not from the rooms. Doncaster said that we''re a football club not a hotel developer and we''ll leave it in the hands of those who know better. Basically we stand to make money from it rather than lose any.
