Ipswich aside I guess that anyone could have gone to any away game this season without such a passport now you need to pay for one. If you didn't go much the previous season you won't gain much anyway other than primacy over much heavier investor ST holders which you may or may not belong to. As for shareholders the Regs suggest that they should be entitled for free regardless. Some appear to have been granted, others refused. What a shambles this could be for Birmingham and an away play off yet the OSP seems to have raised no objection to this naked money grab and incompetently designed system.
