Jools had disappeared during that period because Brexit had failed, the Tories were getting a hammering and he needed a way just to be contrary. He purports to own or run care homes. Not really sure why you have said this as you have clearly read the report but then chosen to ignore several, including two very important sections, the one being in relation to your above statement Official figures obtained under a Freedom of Information request showed at least 144 out of 148 VDPS payments had gone to recipients of the AstraZeneca vaccine, the Daily Telegraph reported.
