Paul Aldrich 0 Posted March 16, 2006 Watching the WHU v Bolton game last night I was reminded how the club drew comparisons with the NCFC fans calling for the head of NW with the West Ham fans calling for the head of Alan Pardew, and how the West Ham board stood by their man, and the rest as they say is history. So fear not fellow NCFC fans we are going to get promoted to the Prem via the play offs and this time next year our Prem status will be assured, we will be pushing for a UEFA Cup spot and we will have booked our place in the quarter finals of the FA Cup............ [/quote]Fickle West Ham fans were calling for Pardew''s head from the moment he arrived in spite of the fact he made the play-off final in each of his two seasons in charge in the championship. His record as a manager is also EXCEPTIONAL.
