Season ticket renewals and Covid breaks

Just a word of warning. The renewal email from the club suggests you don't need to take any action to renew if you normally pay by direct debit. However, if you took the offered Covid break for a season the club's computer system doesn't pick you up and you need to renew and set up a new direct debit.

That would surely have been for this season? I think it is more where bank details have changed - particularly where paid by a card rather than via a normal account, as those do change. I think the thing is to check the details are correct, if they are it should auto-renew. I’ve had confirmation from the lotteries dept (tbh I can’t even recall which lottery I joined!) so it does seem to be going through.

If you are on auto renew by now you will have received a letter outlining your future payments commencing this month together with your personal and bank details which you are asked to check that they are correct together with an accompanying letter from Wagner.

If you haven't had it by now and you think you are on auto renew i suspect as dylan has said you have slipped through the net.
