Personally, I really feel like we need one, both to give this squad the opportunity to take on some more formidable competition than the Championship can offer, but also just to add a bit of spice to the season. The only reason I say this now is that last night's game felt like the first time for a while that I felt we were challenged, but we still led the whole game; after four seasons of yoyoing, I think something a bit different needs to be added into the mix to take the edge off the purgatory-like struggle to secure a spot in the Premier League for at least two seasons in a row.
