sgncfc 1,227 Posted September 30, 2021 While we're at it, we can add West Ham to the "disgruntled supporters" list. They have another demonstration planned against their owners on Sunday before their game against Brentford, which if they win should cement their place in the top 6. They are demonstrating against owners who in the last 3 years have spent over £300m on players, with their team currently in Europe having finished 6th last season. They have a £100m valued player in Declan Rice and several who fit in the £30m to £50m bracket. Yet their supporters, including past players Tony Cottee and the Ferdinand brothers remain very unhappy with the people who own and run their club. Newcastle fans are unhappy with their owners. Man Utd fans are unhappy with their owners. Spurs fans are unhappy with their owners. A couple of weeks ago, Arsenal fans were unhappy with their owners. All of them want perfection - owners who are lovely people, prepared to indefinitely bankroll the club and infinite success on the pitch with players who love the club, do sterling community work in their spare time and sweat blood for the cause. Why can't we all have it all?

Why can't we all have it all? We pretty much have.... apart from lately, you know , the infinite pitch success bit.
