What is going on with fuel prices? 138 for main suppliers unleaded down here which is only 6p lower than the highest ever main price.

Haven’t you heard? It’s due to a lack of delivery drivers - at least that is the excuse being used over here - it sure as hell isn’t the cost of crude.

The oil lobby in Parliament is another part of the push for ending working from home. Without commuters filling up their cars etc. the oil companies are missing huge revenues.

Let's not forget the huge drop in the tax take from petrol sales that's causing Sunak sleepless nights.
