Petriix 2,835 Posted August 7, 2019 It's a refreshing change from the usual 'how on earth did Norwich win the league? They'll go straight back down as they haven't strengthened'. But, while the author has clearly done some research, there is still minimal understanding of what is actually happening at the club. The suggestion is that we were lucky to score the number of goals we did and (as is regularly asserted on here) we are weak defensively. It completely misses that the high number of goals came as a result of our attacking style and assumes that there is a lack of ability. I was also amused by the comparison between us being dispossessed more than any other team and Sheffield United the least. It's as if winning the league by accumulating most points is somehow irrelevant and ignores the fundamental difference in our playing styles and philosophies; and which was obviously the more successful. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
