He was full of himself and his team last season having come up from League 1 and maintaining such a good home record in the championship and he simply couldn't accept the defeat, so he made a plonker of himself. Difficult to undo that when it's there on you tube for all to see, but he does seem to have sorted his attitude to the media a bit better since then - and you can't argue that his team have not done well this season up to now.
