pete 371 Posted February 4, 2019 Now we have gone back to the top and have just had a wonderful performance. The last time we went top it took 4 or 5 weeks for the media to take notice, interviews with Farke and a Leitner/Stiepermann double act followed. And in the next game or two we lost top spot and the media soon lost interest. However with the Derby coming up interest outside the City will be cranked up, so be pleasant and accommodating but try to avoid the hyperbole and save the back slapping for the seasons end. Even if this season fizzles out next season we will be even better unless the vultures recruit our stars, hype will make this more likely. We need to focus on the prize if at all possible. Bethnal Yellow and Green 2,424 Posted February 4, 2019 Norwich have had a good amount of coverage in the media so far this season. The Championship as a whole doesn’t get much but there have been pieces and interviews in the Telegraph and Independent recently. To go along with pieces in the Guardian and Times earlier in the season. There isn’t going to be an article a day about Norwich, as the EFL as a whole doesn’t get that level of national attention. I don’t get this idea that Norwich are being ignored when this is patently untrue.
