Of course everything should be pinned on Delia and Wynnie. They own the club and they are ultimately responsible for everything that goes on underneath them.

In fact, it is BECAUSE they haven''t interfered enough that a lot of the problems have occurred. They have failed to intervene early enough in respect of Worthy, Hughton, Neil. The scouting structure has been a shambles for years with a high turnover of personnel. The recruitment has been a shambles for years with tens of millions wasted.

At no time has the Canary Board worked as it should do. The non-executives should provide proper scrutiny over everything that goes on at the club, but Delia and Wynnie have steadfastly refused to do this, so we don''t actually have a proper functioning plc, but instead some weird, homespun, socialist hybrid.
