I have been trying to think all day of who we would hopefully go for but I am not sure what players they will be.

strikers

Rhodes (blackburn want to much money)

Martin (Club would not have him back)

Andre Gray ( meant to be off to Hull)

Charlie Austin ( would cost to much on wages)

Gayle( to small and lightweight)

Not sure any the ones from abroad will be on there way to us I hope I am wrong

Centre Backs

Michael Dawson (played beside Bassong i believe)

Curtis Davis

Berra

johnny Evans

grant hanley

these are only players I have thought of not anything I know, just posting players that have come to mind.

MBokani (club messing around with the fee and potential work permit problems unless he''s sorted a belgian passport or his marriage clears him)

Austin (would be £15m but if we could, we should take the hit and get him. Even if we went down, we''d be able to sell him on for that anyway most likely. Drawback is that he is probably holding out for Spurs to buy him).

Rhodes (£14m for someone less proven than Cameron Jerome. It could work, but I wouldn''t gamble £14m on him. For half that he''d be worth a go. Is he scared to step up to the prem or something?

Centre Backs

Curtis Davies (don''t see any drawbacks, maybe Hull want too much money for him tho?)

Michael Dawson (as above but additionally, does he still have what it takes?)

Van Dijk (looks like Southampton and Everton fancy him as well)

I love allot of these suggestions but maybe we are a hard sell as a newly promoted team with a manager no one has heard off and not being a London team (quality of big spender city living)

I would like to see Andre Gray here, bit of a gamble though.

Hull look like the front runners for him though as N''Doye seems to be off to Trabzonspor.

Let''s hope we see a new RCB, Wisdom, Jerome and Redmond in the starting line up on Saturday. Jerome is the solution not the problem.
