Maccys Back 0 Posted February 28, 2015 Are now without a win in five games, what an awful time to have a slump. I think we can write them off for the automatic slots now. At least our slump came earlier in the season.
TimDim 0 Posted February 28, 2015 What difference does it matter when. ? If they drop the same amount of points it all adds up to the same come the end of the season. My thought would be why now ? In Bournemouth''s case I believe it to be that second time around they have been found out
Maccys Back 0 Posted February 28, 2015 I get what your saying Tom but if your to have a bad run, then it''s better to get it out the way early doors rather than towards the end. If it takes time to fix the problem then it''s better to have it at the start rather than at the end of the season when the pressure is well and truly on. nutty nigel 7,902 Posted February 28, 2015 All the teams have a bad run. I guess the trick is not to lose touch. We never did despite all the wailing to the contrary. Although it''s worth mentioning that the top two at the turn of the year were Bournemouth 48pts and ipswich 47pts. We had 37 points and were 7th.
