  1. When Suarez leaves,  Liverpool will only have 2 strikers.  There''s no hope in hell they would let him go unless for a stupid amount of money. Lets talk about people we can actually attempt to sign please.
  2. (sorry if this has already been done)     Just a simple yes or no whether we should have this ''friendly''  against the scum and your reasons for it.At first,  I thought it would be great to play them and probably get another convinicng victory to wind up my 1p5wich supporting friends. But now, I think it''s an awful idea.  Odds are that they''ll go out and inure Van Wolfswinkel for the season or something equally disastrous and I''d rather play against a top European side than a average Championship one. It all seems a bit unnecessary. I think we should wait a few years to see if we get them in the cup, and maybe if we go another 3/4 years without playing them then maybe a friendly could be arranged.  So,  yes or no?
  3. We are viciously under rated on FIFA. Our team is only  3 and1/2 stars compared to Wigan who are 4 stars!Ruddy would''ve been an 80 if he hadn''t got injured for the season, but maybe will upgraded throughout next season. Bassong should be in the very high 70s. RVW is currently 76, so maybe a few goals next season and he''ll be bumped up to 80.  I can''t see anyone else in the current squad being up to that level  (emphasing the words ''current squad'')We will definitely go up to 4 stars overall. Fulham are 4and 1/2 stars in FIFA 13 and fisnished below us. Shows how EA don''t seem to know much about real football, just the technicalities of making a football game.
  4. We only became safe when Wigan lost to Swansea. At that stage we were completely dependant on other results.
  5. Just wanting to get some other opinions on this.   Wes is now in his 30s, and  I think next season will probably be his last at this level.  So do you think Butterfield is a long-term replacement for Hoolahan?  They play in the very similar position and have generally the same attributes.  I remember when he came on at Peterborough in the cup  he looked very promising  (but then again, anyone would''ve looked good against that lot)
  6. Someone asked  McNally on Twitter about when away kits will be released, and his response was  ''no idea, that kind of thing is left to marketing''  or something similar.  So doesn''t look like the away kit will be released until probably the end of the summer break.
  7. I was quite disappointed to not see a single attempt at full time on Sunday, considering we had secured safety after weeks of uncertainty and guaranteed ourselves a ridiculous sum of money in the process.  I''m not stupid,  I saw the majority of Norfolk County Police force sitting in front of the Snake Pit,  but the lower Barclay was quite unprotected. And we know the other 3 stands aren''t capable of starting such madness. I sit in the  N&P, where some people struggle to make it to their seats and couldn''t even dream of making it to the pitch.  And lets be honest, when the clappers aren''t there it''s only the Snake Pit + Lower Barclay which does any singing. So my simple question is-    Are we boring?
  8. Jozy Altidore?    He was pretty average in the Hull side which got relegated from the premiership a couple of years ago.  We can aim much higher than him
  9. Isco?!     He was unstoppable in the Champions League, and even though Malaga are in serious financial trouble,   they''d still be asking for   around 20/25 million   MINIMUM  Lets try to be a bit more realistic
  10. Becchio and Holt both showed Sunday that they could probably do a job next season,  so we shouldn''t be depending too much on RVW for goals.   I think one more winger who can put in a great cross is essential.  Maybe Elliot Bennett could be sold,  not really premiership quality.
  11. Now that we''re safe, can we afford to give some game-time to some of the players who''ve been on bench all season?   (e.g.  Fox, Jackson, Surman etc)    A game at the Etihad would be a good boost for them, as many of them haven''t been given a chance under Hughton''s strict system.  Also should Bunn be put back in goal to reward him for his great service during Ruddy''s injury?
  12. Who cares how nice it is?  As long as it''s a premier league kit that''s all that matters!    Anyway, after a couple of games all you moaners will stop taking any notice of the kit and just get used to it
