1. Cheers! It''s hard trying to stay awake through all the boring premier league stuff. Plus i really wanted to see Keane''s reaction to Barnsley''s winner. If it''s half as funny as it is in my head, i''ll be laughing all day[:)]OTBC!
2. Good on Jamie lad getting himself some goals under his belt but i still think Cody should be given more minutes on the pitch. For curo''s goals, especially the one against Orient where he broke through the offside trap, I think Cody would''ve been able to do the same to. So even though it''s nice to see a fan''s favourite like Curo scoring, i think Cody needs more time on the pitch, as he still has a bright future ahead of him. Even if this means him going out on loan. But all the same, come on Curo! as long as he keeps scoring, i can''t complain[:)]
3. Anyone know where i can see the goals on the internet?Or wont they be up yet?
4.

Brendan Edwards, Norwich 3 - 0 Ipswich, 17th November, 2011. ;)
Why would we play them on a Thursday :/
Brilliant Point there Lrrr. Now Brendan, If you''re going to lie to us, at least do it well.[:P]
5. After just seeing Nolan netting 3 against ipswich (thus far), was wondering who and when were the last canaries to score hattricks against ipswich? Can anyone think of anyone? and what year?
6. Indeed. Poor bloke couldn''t catch swine flu.
7. If us raving on about players is enough for them to get bought from us, i have a fool proof plan...That Jamie Cureton lad is a class above [;)]
8. Isn''t there usually another window for loaning players?maybe we''ll get a few in then.
9.
Just a thought...If i was Sven and co.
Although it''s unlikely i''d be more than one person...
10. Just a thought...If i was Sven and co. Dejan would probably be the kind of player i  would be looking for to go alongside Campbell. If they see he''s up for grabs they might get him ahead of Doc, who they''re supposedly interested in.If they get Dejan and not Doc, we''re lumbered with the Doc''s qualities (or lack of) for even longer. I really hope this doesn''t happen.
11. Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any decent (NCFC related) desktop backgrounds?Feel like a bit of a change, i was down to the Clinger''s away kit one, and the squad photo with Gunny and co.Both of which are out of date and although no one really see''s my desktop, i still know its there and quite honestly, its a burden i could do without. A decent one of Grant Holt would be nice, and/or Cody, i know im asking for a lot but i got my GCSE grades back yesterday and i think i deserve this as a kind of reward[:)] Cheers all, OTBC!
12. I think you''re worrying too much about the financial side of things. Mcnally has came in and so far it looks like he''s not taking any crap. Whereas Doncaster let us be bossed around in the transfer market, Mcnally is enabling us to be a more dominant force in the transfer market. We can see this in action as when he came in, Gunn said "i want Grant Holt", straight away, Mcnally got on the case and now we''ve signed him. I fear Doncaster would''ve said "i''ll try Bryan but im not sure if Shrewsbury are likely to loan him out...". Since Mcnally has arrived, it seems as if we''re putting money to one side (within reason) and concentrating on getting the players in that are likely to get us back to where we belong. As a man of experience, Mcnally is probably thinking that to get money, money has to be spent, if we get promoted this season, the money forked out for signings that we''ve spent would be a sensible investment. In my humble opinion, Mcnally seems to be doing a cracking job since joining, the fact we even rejected a bid for russell, when personally i would''ve bit Burnley''s arm off for 500k or so. Where Doncaster would''ve probably accepted, Mcnally has tooken into account that Burnley have just got promoted and if they want him that badly, they''ll have to cough up the cash. This is what''ll save/make us money, not bringing in players with the sole purpose of selling them on at a later date. If we get promoted, thats what''ll get us the money.
13. Surely this can''t be right? We''re making permanent signings rather than last year''s loan signings. This isn''t healthy for a norwich fan to be optimistic because usually we end up getting crapped on. It does make you think though that maybe we were wrong in rushing our verdict over Gunn, we were too quick to pull this trigger on him  and doom him to failure(pun intended, hold for laughter...1...2...3...4). No he isn''t a proven manager but all the signs thus far are only positive (exclude the relegation, wasn''t completely his fault). We had a ''proven manager'' with Roeder and look how that went? He wants to get players with a winning mentality and he''s doing a good job. It''s more than possible we''ll be crap next season, but i am, along with many other fans, feeling very positively about the season ahead.Last season, even when we were doomed, all we were thinking about was "i hope we keep clingers" and "hucks better come back in january", now look at us? we''ve accepted clingers is going but we''ve already got players to fill that gap and we''re not even that upset about it, he''ll be missed but the players we''ve brang in should be able to fill that gap well enough.Everyone has all but forget about the possibility of hucks returning when before, it was all we could do to give us some hope in league 1, of course we all hope he does come back, but rather than it being a ''must do'', it seems as if we''ll just be getting him for squad depth. Im not saying we''ll definitely be good next season but all the signs are good. It feels good to be optimistic although its almost inevitable for us city fans that it''ll queer up somewhere along the lines. I for one, think we have a stronger squad now than we did last season.Hope we all get behind Gunny and co this season,ON THE BALL CITY!
14. For all we know, Gunny may decide to play a 4-3-1-2 formation with hoolahoop behind the front two, he tried that already this pre season and hooly excelled. None of us really know whats going on in that shiny bald head of his, but i think the signs are promising. Maybe when he gets ''his squad'' together, he may want to try the 4-3-1-2 again with the players he likes. Although if this was the case, he probably wouldn''t get in whaley and/or any other wingers. Although it gives us another option and another dimension so surely this is a good thing?I hate feeling optimistic before a season as it almost always explodes in our faces as one ugly yellow and green splodge. But i''m feeling better now than i was about last season or the season before, i agree though with he sign all the players we''re strongly linked to, i will be incredibly happy. But for us norwich fans, its never that simple.
15. If anything, i imagine Gunny rushed through a few things so that the press conference would be today (as first scheduled) so that the signing/s would be able to feature at the friendly tonight? I recognise this has almost definitely been said before but i just wanted to notch up my first post[:)]
