  1. I agree, just depressing all the same to see them proved right about us, especially when they got it so wrong about Sheffield United (who did admittedly spend a bit in the summer, but still have a squad that's cost peanuts in PL terms).
  2. Depressing that the so called "expert" pundits were actually right at the start of the season when they wrote us off. Bounce back next season hopefully (whenever that is).
  3. Impossible I think to predict how it'll turn out, but it's the end of an era. Security wise - after 70+ years of (relative) peace in Europe , I hope that will continue. Economically who the hell knows? (but I DO give a **** about it) Onwards and upwards (or sideways, or downwards) ๐Ÿคจ
  4. 4 really tough games coming up. Avoiding a humiliation against Liverpool would be a great start . Would love to give Sheffield a tonking at their place and kick on from there against Southampton and Everton, both winnable.
  5. With teams like Bournemouth getting their act together now we are looking a bit doomed. Teams we came up with are doing way better, certainly Sheffield are, they have invested well. Might be a gamble our strategy, seems we are planning on a relegation/parachute payment/yoyo type scenario, got my doubts.
  6. True that of course but taking points off teams in and around us is what I really want to see.
  7. I'd love it, of course, but more bothered about staying up than a token scalp taking.
