Lot of problems

Recommended Posts

The team has a lot of problems. It seems that both the manager and players are having problems to sort thisnout. It is clear that the team is not strong enoguh to compete in the top of the Championship.

I am starting wonder if some of the players are stupid. To try and cross 80 times in one game and almost none of those results in a goal opportunity. we have players like Gary Hooper who is not a big strong player. None of the attackers come to meet the wingers either, so maybe to cross is the only thing to do.

We played with three central strikers the last fifteen minutes. But that was really a waste. Looked like we lost a player.

There is a big gap between the midfielders and strikers and no link up play. The only plan during the game was long balls against the strikers. They didn''t win one header and Reading won everything.

And the defense and goalkeeper on the two goals was tragic. It is really fascinating to see how some of the players and the team as a unity has collapsed after the relegation. In the Premier League they met good players, but this Reading team wasn''t very good. They knew Norwich easillyncould be beaten by playing defensively because the Norwich team lack quality in the last part of the field when it comes to produce clear goal opportunities.

It is sad to see players like John Ruddy losing his quality. He is currently one of the worse goalkeepers in this division based on the last few months. Easily beaten close range and long range and on corners. Declan Rudd should have been given the chance. Maybe just to save John Ruddy''s career. It is really going downwards at the moment. When he lost the ball; was it in the goal?

This really is looking like a team in great great problems. The table shows.
