Horse Renoir 1 Posted January 6, 2015 Needs to run the U 21 setup, I bet he''d be brilliant at helping them to bridge the massive gap between youth and senior football.This is where us and all other clubs start to lose most of their time and investment on youth squads, it''s a key role and is imo the one he should have been given last summer, with a view to eventually progressing to working with the first team THEN if he continued to learn and succeed should he have been considered for the top job!No matter how many times we all say the exact same thing his initial appointment gets no less baffling Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
