We''d all love to finish as high as possible.

However, if you offered me a 17th placed finish now i''d still take your hands off. No it''s not me being negative, or me saying we''re riding the crest of a wave. It''s realism.

We deserve to be where we are at present on merit, not luck or whatever.

Survival, followed by consolidation will bring in the pennies. What happens after that depends.

City1st.... Surely its obvious?! You hope to finish 17th or above (anything more than 17th being a bonus) and the extra money can then be used to strengthen the squad which in theory should bring a higher placed finish the following season.
