AndyCanary 0 Posted February 23, 2011 Was it me or were there no ball boys last night?I was raging in injury time when the ball fell into the camera pit and we wasted a minute trying to get it out.. I timed the extra time on my phone and we had exactly 5 minutes, no added time for subs or the fact the blimmin ball got lost for over a minute ARGHH! Guest Posted February 23, 2011 What I did notice was that Doncaster wouldn''t have been able to take the corner from which they scored as quickly as they did, had the lad in the front row of the N&P not so sportingly leant over the barrier, picked the ball up and thrown it straight to John Oster in a hurry after it had spun out. Who knows, had he just left it there on the ground for Oster to come and pick up himself, Drury may have gotten himself in a better position and the whole thing may not have happened.Yeah I know, if my Auntie had balls and all that, but it annoyed me at the time. We''re 1-0 up with 5 minutes left and the other team have a corner... why help them out? Throw it somewhere else if you''re that desperate to touch the ball.
