stgermanscanary 0 Posted October 1, 2009 can anybody tell me if carlisle away is in the stand or on a terrace, because on there website it says away fans are in the stand unless a large crowd is expected then they move to the terracing. and ive heard there is well over 1000 of us going and id call that a large crowd for that stadium so do we move to terracing??? :) cheers if any1 can help
Captain Holt 582 Posted October 1, 2009 I expect we would flow over into terracing, yes. Worth ringing the club to make sure though.
norfolkchance1 0 Posted October 1, 2009 When we phoned up the person at Carrow Road only knew about seats, because I asked specifically if there was any standing room. If you look at photos of ground the stand is edged further along than the pitch because they thought they were going to need more space for another stand. I think the bit where the away fans are is the bit where there is no pitch in front of, so everyone will be sitting at 45 degress on their seats to see the pitch. farley 0 Posted October 1, 2009 I can''t see us taking 1000 to Carlisle.Mind you, when we first went to Plymouth (1-1 draw, Ashton''s last game) there were about 1100 there, so maybe the "new ground for most" syndrome will be in effect.I love to think that we would have the terrace, but I doubt it. Retarded Turtle 0 Posted October 2, 2009 Can we just pay at the gate? Or do we need advance tickets? I plan on travelling DOWN to the game from East Scotland
