To add a bit of atmosphere and noise the club is set to bring in a few thousand loanee fans

Mostly male they will offset the disproportionate number of old ladies that usually turn up. Often the referee doesn''t blow the whistle at the beginning of the game but shouts "eyes down"

It is hoped that any new fans will go straight into the game at home to Swansea where a few deep voices might help the north stand where the high pitched squeaks of the paper boys sat there are usually only heard by the numerous mangy old mutts that hang round the back streets around the ground.
