kc canary 0 Posted August 23, 2009 Watching the match on saturday, i was wondering whether Drury would be upto the task of holding the left back position all season. I thought he looked fairly tired and I doubt whether he will keep fit for the whole year. I know that we have Lappin who can play there, but he has never established himself there and looks a much better player on the wing. Will Wiggins be enough to cover the left back space? IMO we need another player who has versatility in defence
Mason 47 1,926 Posted August 23, 2009 We do have Sam Habergham if it comes down to the bare bones
kc canary 0 Posted August 23, 2009 good shout...seen him play for the reserves a couple of times...looked solid enough. im just hoping that wiggins is going to have the quality to not just be a back up but to push for a first team place
