Buncey 1 Posted March 3, 2009 It was ugly for a long time, we played pretty poorly and were the second best team for large parts of the match but what a result. A massive boost and a massive 3 points. Doc and Shack were outstanding at the back. Croft and Hoolahan never gave up and the city fans were excellent. A huge turnout tonight, on a freezing, soaking and miserable london day. A great atmosphere and loud till the end. The QPR fans were silent for all but 5 minutes of the game, where upon their chants were drowned out by us.The goal gave the team so much confidence. We watched a different team play from then on. Keeping a clean sheet was vital. In fairness we''ll have to improve upon that performance but it''s a start on a long road yet to come.

Bryan Gunn 0 Posted March 3, 2009 Great result tonight. I was really impresses with the work rate and commitment of the team. Skill and quality really lacking but a solid performance from a team in a slump. Hopefully a turning point!

What was the crowd reaction like? Radio Norfolk said the fans were all jumping up and down and hugging eachother lol
