There was no promise of a signing today. Glenn revealed this morning that he thought he''d struck a deal for a target man last night only for the selling club to be a bit awkward at the last hurdle. At this moment at time all we know is that Glenn is still working hard at getting this player to Carrow Road, certainly won''t be in for the game tomorrow.

To be fair he did say 7-14 days after the Colchester game, so it was always a possibility that it would be after the Coventry game.

thanks Gunner, helped a lot and its good to know that some people on here are helpful unlike the first two posters.
