Ayrton Twigge 0 Posted September 2, 2004 I''ll start by saying I''m in the positive corner - and thats because we''ve given our all against supposedly better teams than us - and have emerged with credit. But I am concerned that already at reserve level we''re not performing as I would expect against 1st Div teams.Although we''ve a small squad, I was hoping we''d be blooding our 2nd eleven - with perhaps the odd academy player, to keep fringe players match fit, bring back absentees etc. This is a good marker to where we''re at - our reserves should be beating Div 1 and matching premiership. Anyone else concerned?

Many other teams have bigger squads than us, so they are more able to put out 11 senior players.
AJ 1,358 Posted September 2, 2004 yes i am,this is very worrying! I just cant find a reason why we should be losing like this, how does this make the prospects for the future of norwich?????????
silver fox 0 Posted September 2, 2004 Like the first team they have hardly played any fixtures yet and they don''t have a settled side. Let us give them a few more matches before we make any further comments.
