"Young City striker Ched Evans hopes to build on the experience he gained on loan at Norwich now that he has returned to the Blues from East Anglia.

The 19-year-old Welshman has one substitute appearance for City under his belt so far, gained against the Canaries themselves in the Carling Cup win last September.

Norwich came calling two months later after Glen Roeder had taken the reins at Carrow Road, and Ched gave a good account of himself over the subsequent few weeks scoring twice and making six starting appearances.

Speaking to MCFCTV.com, Ched says,  “I learned a lot from my loan at Norwich and I really enjoyed it, it’s a big step up into men’s football and it’s so much faster than the reserves. "

Its too early - Bianchi and Samaras linked with moves away would leave them pretty thin up front. If they get one or two strikers in as also rumoured I think this may materialise again later on in January or just after (loan window doesn''t shut untill later).
