Yobocop 1,441 Posted December 7, 2007 Hi 3canaries, Sorry I didn''t reply back to your message sooner.We have tried to improve the disciplinary situation, and have attained a Small Sided Football Award scheme for Disciplinary Issues.We now have longer bans in place for those who fight at our centre and also the for teams involved in fighting there is a point deduction scheme in place now, or if the situation gets totally out of control then we do have the power to eject the team from the league.Since I took the role of assistant manager at Powerleague, I have tried to be as fair as possible to teams with disciplinary issues but due to the nature of the business its not always easy to keep everyone happy!Who do you play for anyway?ThanksJez Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
