So, I''d say, ''don''t worry about individuals, it''s the team that wins promotion.''“It''s about togetherness, camaraderie and the different talents that each player brings. The warrior is just as important as the artist. Teams are made up of soldiers and artists. You have to get that balance right. I love technical, talented footballers but I also have to try and build a team that wins week in, week out.”What is this guy on? Sounds like Kevin Keagan to me.He likes Safri and says a season is about 46 games plus cup matches! I am not going to insult Safri here as he is a brilliant player and I would be sad to see him go but at the same time if he wants a player who is going to play that many games then Safri is yet to prove he can with us.Add to that I should imagine that Mowbrays all time line up would look like the ecleptic mix of characters all slammed into the phone booth in Bill and Ted, artists and warriors? What about the football?
