lucky green trainers 0 Posted May 13, 2006 where''s the new first team coach for city. i hope we get a goodun , but in the face of last seasons protests, its commensense to suppose the best ones will be looking elsewhere first - and using city as a fallback second or third choice option, because if we bombed next season, the new coach could find themselves out of a job along with worthy - so why would anyone of any note run this risk? city may be finding it difficult to get their man - they''ve probably already been rebuffed by their ''a list.'' will the ''b'' listers have the necessary reputation to attract quality players, because foley had a great relationship with the players by all accounts and he be a hard act to follow. one thing ''s for sure. the longer the selection process rumbles on, the more likely we are to miss out on the better players. with loads of players being released this week, we need to be signing them up now rather than later.
