Rudolph Hucker 0 Posted April 2, 2006 In every campaign one word or phrase stands out and comes to stand for everything. In this season of despair that word is HOOF!Forget the long chants, the Worthy Out mantra and the dialogue everyone now knows what HOOF means and what it stands for. It has more effect than direct abuse and criticism of Manager and Players and it tells us where we are today.Cries of HOOF yesterday made the players try to play, the opinion of the supporters was clearly transferred onto the pitch. The Worthy Out website could be changed to HOOF! HOOF could appear on shirts and tee shirts maybe with a horseshoe or buckaroo style logo. It is a simple chant, rather like ''Huth'' and would seriously piss off anyone Hoofing the ball.At the irritating singing of ''On The Ball City'' via the PA at the start of games ''Kick it off'' could be followed by a single loud ''HOOF!''We should be shouting ''HOOF'' until the Hoofing stops. I believe old Foghorn leghorn is responsible for the Hoof word, although he probably copied and pasted it from somewhere else, anyway, let''s use it, it is simple and effective. John Boubepo 0 Posted April 2, 2006 I think you are right Rudolph, there''s more hoofs at Carrow road these days than the Jerez donkey park - at least the Jarez donkeys can pass wind!
